Larry Hines
President
Larry coordinates all Hines Corporation activities, focusing primarily on operational issues and acquisition strategies. Prior to founding Hines Corporation, Larry held executive management positions with several divisions of McGraw Edison including SpeedQueen, Bussmann and lastly as President of Clarke Floor Machine. Larry began his career with White Consolidated Industries in several accounting and finance positions.

Mark Hefty
Senior Executive Vice President
Mark provides strategic and operational support to several of Hines’ platforms. Before joining Hines Corporation in 2004, Mark held executive management positions at several manufacturing companies. Mark was President and CEO of Clarke Industries and its successor company, Alto US. Mark was also President and COO of Jackson Products. Mark’s experience also includes positions at Trane, Hallmark and Shell.

Greg Longcore
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Greg is responsible for tax and financial accounting and is a member of the company’s liability and risk management team. Prior to joining Hines Corporation in 1995, Greg owned a private consulting practice and served as the controller of two distribution companies. Previously, Greg worked in public accounting with Arthur Andersen.

Michele Buckley
Vice President, Human Resources
Michele oversees all employment and human resources-related activities and is a member of the company’s liability and risk management team. Before joining Hines Corporation in 1991, Michele worked in human resources for such publicly and privately held companies as Michigan Spring, CLARCOR and Bennett Pump.

George (Bud) Hendrick
Vice President, Business Development
Bud coordinates all strategic planning, corporate finance and corporate development activities including acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Hines Corporation in 2005, Bud managed international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and strategic planning engagements for investment and commercial banks including Kleinwort Benson, Glenfed Capital, Peers, KPMG Corporate Finance and Fifth Third Bank. Clients included large public companies and small private companies in a variety of industries.

Ed Harper
Vice President, I.T., Chief Information Officer
Ed manages the information technology needs of Hines Corporation and all of its companies. Ed has led the Hines information technology group, Hines Information Solutions, for the past 8 years. Previous experience includes 6 years as Vice President of Operations for Bennett Pump, 3 years as Director of MIS for Sparton Corporation, 6 years as Director of MIS for ALS Corporation, 3 years as Director of MIS for Jered Brown Brothers, and 12 years as a Marine Corp pilot.

Spencer Hines
Vice President
Spencer supports initiatives in lean manufacturing, acquisition due diligence, and international strategic planning. Prior to joining Hines Corporation in 2007, Spencer compiled 13 years of investment industry experience working for firms such as Prudential Securities, ABN Amro, and most recently Vining Sparks as Senior Vice President.
