Larry coordinates all Hines Corporation activities, focusing primarily on operational issues and acquisition strategies. Prior to founding Hines Corporation, Larry held executive management positions with several divisions of McGraw Edison including SpeedQueen, Bussmann and lastly as President of Clarke Floor Machine. Larry began his career with White Consolidated Industries in several accounting and finance positions.

Mark provides strategic and operational support to Kimble Manufacturing, Pacific Floor Care and Plymouth Industries. Before joining Hines Corporation in 2004, Mark held executive management positions at several manufacturing companies. Mark was President and CEO of Clarke Industries and its successor company, Alto US. Mark was also President and COO of Jackson Products. Mark’s experience also includes positions at Trane, Hallmark and Shell.

Tom provides strategic and operational support to Bennett Pump, Johnston Boiler, and Michigan Spring & Stamping. Before joining Hines Corporation in 2011, Tom was President of Bennett Pump and continues to serve in that role as well as President of Shanghai Bennett. Tom has held executive management positions in engineering, manufacturing and sales and marketing. Tom has compiled 30 years of international business exposure with direct experience in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Michele oversees all employment and human resources-related activities and is a member of the company’s liability and risk management team. Before joining Hines Corporation in 1991, Michele worked in human resources for such publicly and privately held companies as Michigan Spring, CLARCOR and Bennett Pump.

Greg is responsible for tax and financial accounting and is a member of the company’s liability and risk management team. Prior to joining Hines Corporation in 1995, Greg owned a private consulting practice and served as the controller of two distribution companies. Previously, Greg worked in public accounting with Arthur Andersen.

Bud coordinates all strategic planning, corporate finance and principal investing activities including acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Hines Corporation in 2005, Bud managed international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and private equity engagements with firms including Kleinwort Benson, Glenfed Capital, Peers, KPMG Corporate Finance and Fifth Third Bank.

Ed manages the information technology needs of Hines Corporation and all of its companies. Ed has led the Hines information technology group, Hines Information Solutions, since 2000. Previous experience includes 6 years as Vice President of Operations for Bennett Pump, 3 years as Director of MIS for Sparton Corporation, 6 years as Director of MIS for ALS Corporation, 3 years as Director of MIS for Jered Brown Brothers, and 8 years as a Marine Corp pilot.

Spencer leads initiatives in building global strategic relationships and entering international markets. Spencer also serves as Executive Vice President of Bennett Pump where he oversees manufacturing operations including purchasing and scheduling. Prior to joining Hines Corporation in 2007, Spencer compiled 13 years of institutional investment experience working for firms such as Prudential Securities, ABN Amro and, most recently, Vining Sparks as Senior Vice President.
